Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of Redemption Business Solutions

Felix brings years of hands-on experience in the rent-to-own industry, where he successfully grew Redemption LLC, to over $500K in annual revenue. His 
background includes expanding product lines to include everything from work equipment and vehicles to 
mobile homes and increasing contracted sales by 75% in just 18 months. With RBS, Felix’s goal is to 
leverage this industry knowledge and his commitment to innovation to help traditional retailers 
modernize and thrive in a rapidly evolving market. I’m passionate about creating technology solutions 
that empower businesses to offer more flexible, customer-centered payment options and streamline their 
operations for greater profitability.

Jake Silva.

Chief Operating Officer

Jake Silva is the CEO of MacBean Communications LLC and the former founder of AdWars, a successful 
digital marketing agency. With extensive experience in business strategy and digital transformation, Jake 
has also served on the Board of Directors of Northeast Delta Dental and other nonprofit boards, bringing 
his expertise in marketing and communications to various sectors. At MacBean Communications, he leads 
a team focused on leveraging AI-driven solutions to support small businesses and nonprofits in enhancing 
efficiency and achieving growth. Known for his analytical approach and dedication to impactful solutions, 
Jake continues to drive innovation across industries.

Susan Shaffer.

Chair, Board of Advisors, Economic and Workforce Consultant

As a workforce development professional, Susan collaborated with economic development organizations 
to ensure a skilled workforce and a favorable operating environment for business and industry. She 
transitioned to managing a technology incubator, focusing on the skills and resources needed for 
entrepreneurs in all sectors while specifically investing resources in tech entrepreneurs and companies. 
Customized business development support through local and regional professionals and organizations, 
financing programs, tax incentives, and access to infrastructure led the rural technology incubator, 
coworking space, and prototyping lab from start-up to over $2M invested in companies, 234% increase in 
coworking visits, 124% increase in prototyping lab use, 119% increase in businesses assisted and a 234% 
increase in training participants. Today, she consults with small businesses focusing on program and 
project management for growth and to meet revenue generation goals.
